Returns

• Window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Process: Submit a return request via your Mall99 account or email us. Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you through the return.

Cancellations

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped for a full refund.
• After Shipping: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—but you may initiate a return after delivery.
